What do you enjoy most about working for FCN?

This is an easy one, I most enjoy how passionate every member of the team are about their clients and candidates. We have a really talent team who want to learn more, want to develop and most importantly want to do the best they can to support our clients and candidates

What has been your favourite thing about work since joining FCN?

I have absolutely loved how ambitious our business is, hunger to do well and a thirst for knowledge runs through everyone at FCN.

Where do you see your self in the next 5 years time?

To become the partner of choice in the UK care market, best known for exceptional quality staff, highly ethical values, built around exceptional people being their best selves.

Why did you decide to join FCN?

We want to create a different offering to our agencies out there. All too often clients across the care industry are put into boxes and are just looked at as another client. We are different.

We understand that every service is different and as such you all deserve to be partnered with and not dictated to. As the world rushes towards faceless technology we believe there is no better way to support our clients than to work with them human to human.

Tell us one fun fact about your self that not many people know

I am always looking for new adventures over the last few years I have taken up gymnastics, swam with a whale Shark, been wing walking and flown a Spitfire.
