We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Account Managers to join our dynamic team. As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and connecting qualified healthcare professionals with rewarding opportunities. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:

Identify and source potential healthcare candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
Engage with candidates to understand their career aspirations, preferences, and skillsets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet current and future staffing needs.

Job Matching and Placement:

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing requirements, including job descriptions, qualifications, and organizational culture.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with appropriate job openings.
Facilitate the interview process, providing candidates with comprehensive information about job roles, responsibilities, and client expectations.

Relationship Management:

Establish and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on job opportunities, interview outcomes, and feedback.

Market Research and Industry Insight:

Stay informed about industry trends, healthcare regulations, and changes that could impact candidate availability and job placements.
Use market knowledge to advise clients and candidates on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies.

Client Collaboration:

Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs, organizational culture, and specific requirements for each role.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Administrative Tasks:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and placements in the recruitment database.
Prepare and distribute necessary documents, including contracts, offers, and onboarding materials.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A minimum of1 year of experience in healthcare recruitment or a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry, including different roles, specialties, and qualifications.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and clients.

  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of candidates and job openings.

  • Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets.

  • Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.

  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.

  • Office based
