What do you enjoy most about working for FCN?

I enjoy watching the business grow and seeing people within the business succeed and progress through the ranks through their hard work and dedication, a huge buzz for us is when we make a real impact through our work, whether this is a shift we fill at the last minute that several people are involved in or a candidate that comes in to visit us due to the relationships they’ve developed with members of the team.

What has been your favourite thing about work since joining FCN?

I started it under my stairs so you could say I was employee number 1, The best thing for me is to look back at the progress we’ve made and how many people we have within the business, culture is a huge thing for us here and we would rather hire based on people’s morals, work ethic and dedication to helping us achieve our goals. I also love seeing the impact we have on candidates and clients daily.

Where do you see your self in the next 5 years time?

To continue being one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies in the sector through hard work, good ethics and dedication to our clients and candidates.

Why did you decide to join FCN?

I heard Brad was a nice guy to work for – on a serious note; I wanted to create something different from other agencies, typically agencies bend/break rules, treat candidates like rubbish and are generally out to make as much as they can for themselves, I wanted to create a business that kept long standing relationships with it’s clients and candidates through ethical work, quality services and a cost effective price point.

Tell us one fun fact about your self that not many people know

I have 3 Children and an incredible wife who motivate me every day to do and be better. Hobby wise, I love Lord of the Rings, The Hobbit and jumping on the Xbox whenever I can! I also used to box as an Amateur to a pretty decent level, although my stumpy frame meant I was always punching up hill !
