What do you enjoy most about working for FCN?

The culture, everyone is easy to get on with and it is a fun environment to work in.

What has been your favourite thing about work since joining FCN?

The autonomy, you know what you need to do and you’re left to get on with it. The tools are there for you to succeed but ultimately it is down to you and your drive.

Where do you see your self in the next 5 years time?

I want to become a Senior Recruitment Consultant and have a couple of juniors working on areas that I have built and have passed on to.

Why did you decide to join FCN?

I love this style of recruitment and the industry was interesting to me. I worked in permanent Sales recruitment before and it was too slow. FCN is much more faster paced and suits me better.
